Habanero infused chili salt. So simple and so good. For those that know it, its a staple on the spice rack. It is often out of stock unfortunately because it takes three weeks to produce 100 jars of it, and we're usually too busy making hot sauce to devote that much time to one product.
Sea salt (96%) Habanero chili (4%)*
The ratio starts off as 20% habanero, but throught the slow drying process most of that evaporates. The heat and flavour remain.
