CHICKEN QUESADILLAS WITH SCOTCH BONNET AND CARIBBEAN SPICES HOT SAUCE

Looking for a quick, flavour packed meal with a spicy kick? This easy chicken quesadilla recipe gets a fiery upgrade with our handmade Scotch Bonnet & Caribbean Spices hot sauce. It's perfect for lunch, dinner, or late night cravings!

Why this hot sauce?

The fruity heat of Scotch Bonnet peppers combined with authentic Caribbean spices creates the perfect balance of spice and flavour to add heat, and a vibrant island inspired twist to classic quesadillas.

Ingredients:

  • 4 corn tortillas
  • 100g pulled chicken (leftover wings or drumsticks work perfectly)
  • 50g cheddar cheese, grated

To finish:

Generous drizzle of Scotch Bonnet & Caribbean Spices handmade hot sauce

Recipe Tips:

Using leftover chicken saves time and adds extra flavour. Simply reheat the meat before assembling your quesadilla for the best texture and taste.

Method:

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat.
  2. Place one tortilla into the pan.
  3. Add a layer of grated cheddar cheese, followed by the pulled chicken, then top with more cheese.
  4. Cover with the second tortilla.
  5. Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy, and the cheese has fully melted.
  6. Slice and serve hot with our blue label hot sauce.
