Get ready for some heat with these hot wings coated in Trinidad Scorpion and Clementine hot sauce
Why This Hot Sauce
Our Trinidad Scorpion and Clementine combines the explosive heat of Trinidad Scorpion chilis with the fresh sweetness of clementines for an unforgettable flavor experience. It's perfect for chicken wings, grilled meats, burgers, tacos and bbq dishes
Ingredients:
- 6 chicken wings, split into drumettes and flats
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 30g butter
- 100ml Trinidad Scorpion & Clementine hot sauce
To Finish:
- Ranch dressing
- Carrot sticks
- Celery sticks

Recipe Tips:

Turn the wings halfway through cooking to ensure they become evenly crispy.
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt and black pepper
- Place the wings on an oven rack or baking tray and cook for around 50 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy
- Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan and stir in the Trinidad Scorpion and Clementine hot sauce until fully combined, then remove from the heat.
- Toss the cooked wings through the hot sauce glaze until evenly coated
