Why This Hot Sauce
Jalapeño and Date perfectly balances the gentle heat of fresh jalapeños with the natural sweetness of dates, creating a rich and versatile flavor profile. It pairs beautifully with cured meats, cheese, sandwiches, burgers, wraps, grilled chicken, and charcuterie boards, adding just the right amount of sweetness and spice
Ingredients:
- 1 ciabatta loaf, cut in half
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 3 slices of ham
- Salami
- Pepperoni
- Iceberg lettuce, shredded
- Red onion, sliced
- Provolone cheese
To Finish

2 tbsp Jalapeño and Date hot sauce

Recipe Tips:
- Lightly toast the ciabatta before assembling for extra crunch and texture
Method of Preparation:
- Spread mayo on both ciabatta halves
- Top one side with provolone and the other with the meat slices
- Cook for 5 minutes at 180C with the grill on to melt the cheese
- Add shredded lettuce, red onions, and sliced tomatoes
- Drizzle with Jalapeño and Date hot sauce and close the sandwich
- Cut in half and enjoy
