PATATAS BRAVAS ON FIRE WITH SUPERHOT REAPER HOT SAUCE

Spice up your patatas bravas with a touch of SuperHot Reaper hot sauce for an intense and flavourful twist on this Spanish classic.

Ingredients:

  • 250 gr of potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 tbsp of oil
  • 2 tsp of BBQ seasoning
  • A pinch of salt

    For the toppings:

  • 2 tbsp of sour cream/yogurt
  • 1 tbsp of SuperHot Reaper hot sauce
  • Fresh thyme

 

Recipe Tips:

  • Ensure the potatoes are evenly coated with seasoning for maximum flavour.

Method of Preparation:

  1. Toss the potatoes with olive oil, BBQ seasoning and salt.
  2. Place in a baking tray, and cook for 1 hour at 180C.
  3. Serve and top with sour cream/yogurt, SuperHot Reaper hot sauce and fresh thyme.
