Why this hot sauce?
The fruity Carolina Reaper peppers pair perfectly with crispy potatoes and creamy toppings, making this the ultimate finishing touch for Patatas Bravas
Ingredients:
- 250 gr of potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 tbsp of oil
- 2 tsp of BBQ seasoning
- A pinch of salt
To finish:
- 2 tbsp of sour cream/yogurt
- 1 tbsp of Superhot Reaper hot sauce
- Fresh thyme

Recipe Tips:
- Ensure the potatoes are evenly coated with seasoning for maximum flavor
Method:
- Toss the potatoes with olive oil, BBQ seasoning and salt
- Place in a baking tray, and cook for 1 hour at 180C
- Serve and top with sour cream/yogurt, Superhot Reaper hot sauce and fresh thyme
