Spice up your patatas bravas with a touch of SuperHot Reaper hot sauce for an intense and flavourful twist on this Spanish classic.
Ingredients:
- 250 gr of potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 tbsp of oil
- 2 tsp of BBQ seasoning
- A pinch of salt
For the toppings:
- 2 tbsp of sour cream/yogurt
- 1 tbsp of SuperHot Reaper hot sauce
- Fresh thyme
Recipe Tips:
- Ensure the potatoes are evenly coated with seasoning for maximum flavour.
Method of Preparation:
- Toss the potatoes with olive oil, BBQ seasoning and salt.
- Place in a baking tray, and cook for 1 hour at 180C.
