Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp of oil
- 200 gr of chicken breast, cubed
- 1 tbsp of BBQ seasoning/chicken seasoning
- 70 gr of cooked quinoa
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- Fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp of red onion, diced

Recipe Tips:
- Soak wooden skewers in water before grilling to prevent burning
Method of Preparation:
